Used your theme many times, newly reinstalled it and uploaded my theme options from a backup (which seems to have worked) but I cannot customize anything from the Autowash theme options area of the WordPress site. I click to change logo’s for example and it won’t change, its also using a title for the main page and not a logo even though the options clearly are set to ‘logo’.

Doesnt seem like anything I go to change works and I downloaded the newest files with the theme on 7/19/22 – will note the backup import was from version 4.5 and new install is using autowash 5.0. I also set the theme’s folders to be fully writable to be sure there wasn’t an issue writing the file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ALso to note I used the reset option to get it back to normal (which it did set it back to default) but I still can’t update anything, no changes I make save. If I need to rejoin support just let me know.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
