At AivahThemes, as we are busy working on new themes and refining our existing themes to give you WP Compliance themes. We have many big ideas coming down. But ideas which developed on your features request will be more important for a successful business and its growth.

So we would like to dedicate this post for you to request new features you wish to see or have in this theme. Please post your replies here so that we can take a look at it and try to implement it. Although we can’t implement every feature that has been requested by you, but we promise to give each and every idea a thought. We will take all requests into consideration and release updates accordingly.

My feature request is for MusicPlay.

1.I would really like to disable the soundcloud link, replace the song title and other areas with my specified texts on Full-width audio player when you create album from soundcloud.

2.One other request is when you create an album from soundcloud sets (2 or more songs in one playlist) it shows only 1 song/title (and i can specify that 1 song/title text, thats no problem) on single album page, is it possible to have all those sounds and specify texts one by one ?

3.Built-in share buttons on MusicPlay doesn’t work well enough. When you click on them, in my opinion it should open a new window so user experience won’t distrupt. Twitter only posts page title, no link, no picture. Google+ doesn’t even open google+, it just adds a bookmarkish something.

4.I think a sticky searchbar & social media buttons (that links to our social media pages) in the header area would be nice as we can’t add sidebars on album, event posts etc.

5.Dates on front page can’t be translated, my site is in Turkish but dates are in English.

6.Is it possible to list albums on album page according to their release dates on default, and artists alphabetical ?

Hi,
I would like to see the Subheader Options to have more options, one in particular.
Subheader Teaser:
To have custom option added in the theme options, then this should be reflected in the post/page edit options, here I want to be able to use my own custom text.

Two post title’s is not good having h1 and h2 displaying the same title.
Thanks for your consideration.

Also when selecting disable, I would expect this to remove the subheader bar completely, at present all this option dose is to make it a narrow bar.

Great theme!

However it would be amazing if instead of uploading to the albums and DJ mix page you could like things from the media library! I run a podcast on my site and have to upload everything to the media library which I then have to double upload to the DJ mix and Album page to post in those categories!

1 – Add full support for formats AAC/AAC +
for IceCast and ShoutCast.
2 – Add scrobbling support Last Fm
3 – Add support for Artists Covers radio player – API Last FM

4 – Make it so that the player would be able to switch Radio with streaming radio stations to play local files or remotely hosted Mp3 Dj mixes.

A nice feature would simply be a “next” option on the “album” pages… you know if you simply want to “walkthrough” all the albums without clicking on an icon from the bottom.

Just by hitting “next” (left/right?) near the album title on the top of the page.

1- The ability to make a soundcloud playlist player by entering soundcloud links, similar to the ‘album playlist’ player would be nice. I would really like to have a player for latest releases where I can just enter the multiple info and soundcloud links instead of separate djmix players stacked on top of each other.

2- Also, for the site to be ‘full width’ would be great so that the nice design can look just as good on wider computer screens.

Would love to see a page builder implemented into the theme. The “Visual Page Builder” which many themes use these days would be ideal.

Please make the video thumbnail images as 16:9 portion. Square thumbnails are not ideal for video thesedays and looking ugly.

I would love to see “Filtering Options” for albums and artists.
It would be really nice to have filtering albums based on their first letter.
For instance;
A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-……-W-X-Y-Z

When you click above “A” letter button the albums starting with A will show up.

@summer – for filtering options we will consider in the future updates
@tomupton – Page build will be useful for the corporate or business templates not for this theme. We have a shortcode generator which has all the shortcodes in it.
@vpreggae – fullwidth option we will add in the future updates for sure. but not commitment for the Soundcloud stuff you mentioned

@summer – If you like thumbnail to 16.9 ratio then you can edit in
musicband/template_video.php
and find the coding shown below and repace with your own ratio
