If you download the full package you can find the documentation folder which contains detailed explanation and you a sample data folder which contains xml file for the sample data.

Yes we can setup for you.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can make a install for you. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

@kontaktfreak – Kindly please use the correct title and category. Its not the musicplay theme to mention. Anyway if you wish to change the albums with releases then you can change the slug for the albums in the theme options panel.
