album ID not working in music player

hello
when i put album ID(s) in the appropriated space so that they/it can play in the audio player, it does not play; but when i delete(the player is normally empty), the player sellect the last album created and play it as defaut. an it can not play more than one music. help me please

It should work because it’s working fine at my end. Kindly update the theme to latest version i.e, 5.2.0 and see whether it’s working or not. After updating if it doesn’t work then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

MusicPlay – v5.2.0 – Updated – 27th July 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

Where did you get those ID’s from that you have added in player option, as i have checked your album the ID’s you have added are not there,
Check the screen shot below.
Use those ID’s which are present in the album.

hello,
i want to hide my name on post, and i went on forums where they told me that i should go at Appearance > Theme Options > Layout > Custom CSS. but when i look on my panel i do not see the custom.scc . plese can you help me?

@geradin1: You can find the Custom CSS in Theme Options/Styling/Custom CSS. Look at the attached screenshot.

There is an issue with the sound cloud api. We are updating the player with in a day or couple of days.

Yes there is an update from the soundcloud server so the player is almost done with the new coding and will be released soon in 2-3 days or sooner.

We have updated the theme with new player and please download the theme and update your theme. Before making any update take a complete backup of theme and db and then test it. If the problem still persist please contact us via Skype so that we can share a screen and help you out.

hello.
please i have just updated my theme; but not all musics are inside the player, and the ranking of the ID are not respected inside the music player. it means that, when i put some ID as it may play in first position, it is not playing as first music. please can you help me?
