Theme layout breaks when updating from php 5.6.40 to 7.2
Website: truecomm.co.za
Please help us fix this.
It doesn’t display a error the layout just moves to a boxed layout instead of a stretched layout.
So visually the layout breaks.
We also can’t update and wait a few days to fix it.
If we update it we need to fix the problem otherwise it looks unprofessional to our clients.
Theme is already updated to latest version, and stretched is selected.
But issue still occurs.

I understand that our support has expired but this is something to do with a coding error on your side. We don’t need assistance to fix it on our site you need to fix the theme code to solve the problem.
Did you try installing it first on php 5.6.40 and then upgrading to 7.2 because that is the problem, fresh install isn’t the problem
We are using the stretched layout, but the moment we upgrade our php to 7.2 the layout breaks and only shows boxed layout not stretched

Did you check it with php 7.2 because the site is currently still at php version 5.6.40 to prevent this issue.
I just changed the php to 7.2 and now you can see the layout is broken you can check the homepage for reference
Due to no reply I am changing the site back to php 5.6.40
Here is the image of the broken layout on 7.2

Yes your theme works fine with a clean install of php 7.2 but not when you update it from 5.6.40, that is the whole problem. It is not a plugin problem it is a theme code problem.
We repurchased support for this product can you please fix this issue.
