Hello! I am having some troubles in making the website similar to the main demo page:

– Email and telephone on top left. Sociables on top right.
Logo on left. Menu itens on right.

So theses errors are occurring:

1 – Those top elements are not appearing at all. Even if I adust what I want in the Concept Customization Tab, there are no results.

2 – Is there a way to hide the flexslider text box?

3 – The “Recent Posts” plugin: the arrows on top doesn’t move to next or previous posts.

4 – I established the footer to have 3 widgets. But when i change in the Concept Customization Tab, it returns to only 2 widgets.

How can I send a private message so you can check the website? Thank you for your support.

1. Go to Theme Options/Headers and follow the below 1st screenshot.

2. Can you point out where exactly you want to hide the flex slider textbox.

3. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I have seen that you are using older version(v3.0.0) of the theme. Wait for a day because we are going to update the theme to latest v5.0.0 by tomorrow. So you can download the theme with in a day from themeforest. So you won’t get any issues after updating.
But remember, before updating the theme to latest, take backup of the older version.

Hello! Thank you for the response.

I have updated the theme to 4.0 version. Those problems are solved:
– Top content – ok
– Latest posts – ok

However, the footer problem still remain. I’ve selected a 3 elements footer. But when I save the settings, it goes back to 2 elements as before.

I have 2 more questions, can you tell me if is it possible to answer them?
– I am trying to use a translator widget in the top-right area. But it is not working the same way as the same widget in the footer. Is there a shortcode, like [sociables], for inserting a widget?
I want the top right widget to translate the current page, not to return to the homepage.

– How can I access the Revolution Slider license to update the current version?

Thank you so much for the help. The footer is now working fine.

There are just some other questions I need some help to resolve:

1 – In the blog/posts:

I have established a image with 1080×290 px to use it as a featured image. However, the post doesn’t show it with full width. Can you please show how can I fix this?

2 – The revolution slider:

I activated the revolution slider, but I want to enable the navigation arrows, just like the demo version. I activated in the menu, but it still doesn’t show up.

3 – The qtranslate section:

The top translator is redirecting to the home page.
Example: When you click in a post, and then click in the flag to change language, the site returns to the home.

When you do it with the bottom flags, it works just fine. It doesn’t redirect to the home page.

I would like the top flags to do exaclty the same as the bottom flags.

1. It’s showing perfectly at my end. Can you please send me the url of the blog post? so that I can check. I have attached a screenshot of my screen. Have a look at it.

2. There are some slider settings related to Navigation in revolution slider. Enabled arrows in Navigation Section.

3. For the qtranslate, added coding in header-style1.php file. If you want add that coding in other header styles also.

Thank you for the help. I’m using a temporary address, so I can’t access this file right now. But I will when using the final adress.

I am having one trouble regarding the theme’s titles:

– I am trying to translate the page title. But when I set everything and save, the page title stays for a brief second as the atatched image.

– In this example, I’m trying to transtale the title of Eventos (portuguese and spanish)/Events (English

– When I visit the page, the title is displayed incorrectly. It is shown with the code (I printed in another atatched image.

However, this error doesn’t occour if I set the same title for all languages.

All the other text translation seems to work fine. Can you please help me to resolve this?

The access data is the same.

About the same page (Eventos):

I need to translate some itens, like:
– Date
– Starts
– Ends
– Venue

I need want the site to have the option to change the language just like any other text content.
But the plugin doesn’t translate those specific itens. Coul you also help me with that question?

1. It’s not the theme issue. It’s not related to theme.

2. It’s better to use wpml plugin for translating the strings which is compatible with this theme. It’s difficult to place the code every time for every string to translate using qtranslate plugin.

How can I return to the sociables icons, so I can switch to other icons, just like the demo page?

Can you please show me how to return to the default topbar right?

I’m inserting the code in the Concept menu, but it’s not changing.

The previous flags on the topbar right were descarted.

I need to put 3 images with links, only.

If you want you can place the sociables in left sidebar because you have placed language chooser images on the top right sidebar. So it’s not possible to display both sociables and the 3 icons on the top right bar. Look at the attached screenshot for better understanding.
