Good day, I’m using the Hestia pro Theme on my site.

I have created packages, but when I go to the page I set as default for the packages it says oops cannot find what you are looking for. Don’t know if this theme is compatible or not with this plugin.

But I don’t suspect that to be the case. Is there anything else I need to configure for this to display and is there a shortcode I can use instead and paste that on a default created page.

No Matter what I try the packages do not shop up on the packages page, created a few. go to link of package and its empty, and instructions on this plugin is a bit vague. So support would be highly appreciative.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I don’t see you have created any packages yet. Do you use Skype for communication?

Deleted all of them due to not showing or loading on pages.

You can create a sample package if need be.

I don’t have skype but get it installed if you need.

Why are you not actually posting an answer for this? I don’t want you to have access to my website. You should be posting the answers publicly since we have to enter our purchase code to even have access to this forum. Please answer the question. The plugin is not showing on the assigned page. What is the shortcode that can be used?
