I have seen your negative feedback on the reviews page. But giving negative feedback doesn’t solve your problem. We still provide support for you but we can help you import the batch of zipcodes if you send us the list but regarding other points as you said for canada and the check availability isn’t linked to the correct page, will you please elaborate or share your settings screenshot you did or if you can send us your logins for the WP we can take a closer look at it.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
