I HAVE never worked so hard at getting support. WORST SUPPORT EVER. I am still trying to get my template installed properly so that the Paypal will process orders. Current installation shows the plugin however it is not available in my dashboard. Neither is woocommerce. I am willing to PAY at this point and believe that the Aivah templates are designed to FAIL INSTALLATION. Could someone contact me and HELP ME.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

This theme doesn’t use woocommerce for the Paypal orders etc. We have custom developed the system for the orders.

Because your support agents abandoned me around my issues with the AutoWash template, I was forced to hire outside tech to resolve my issue with the Paypal function of the template. This by far the worst support ever. I now have 100 hours in this template or else I would cancel. I have had to adjust my life in order to comply with your time zone for support. This means that folks in the US who buy your product are at the mercy of your time frame and THIS IS NOT A SMART PURCHASE for people in the USA.

That is jim.man. I paid $50 to an outside tech to help me straighten out the mess that was mad of my template installation. WHERE IS MY SUPPORT????

Here are my issues:
1. Installed template and downloaded both the template and the “child”. The child is not activated and I am afraid to activate. However according to your docs the only way I can adjust the speed of the slider is by using the “child” – CONFUSED AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
2. The image loading on the BLOG page is awful. Cannot change.
3. The scheduling form does not have the TIME SCHEDULE – confused = WHERE IS THE TIME SCHEDULER???
4. I have read ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT ISSUES on this template and everyone seems to be having the same similar problems. Perfect environment to sell SUPPORT. Sell the template, make the installation such that folks like me (15 years experience) cannot get a proper installation and PAID $50 for an outsider to fix the issues with paypal. YOU MAKE SUPPORT SO DIFFICULT – who is able to get any even though you charged me $30 for 6 months, WOW!
5. The documentation is flawed around the installation and I believe this is intentional because it allows you to SELL PREMIUM INSTALLATION.
6. if I AM not able to resolve my issues in the next two days I AM GOING TO go to my credit card company and CANCEL (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 10 DAYS OF WORK IN THE SITE) and suffer the loses. Without support YOU GOT NOTHING OF VALUE.
7. ENVATA does not care and puts the onus on you the AUTHOR. BAD MISTAKE.

I am challenged around the ORDERS folder in wp template. HOW DO YOU GENERATE AN ORDER. Is the a function of processing the booking through the paypal portal. CANNOT FIND ANYTHING about this in your support forum. PLEASE.

There are a few design flaws in this template. The use of components from other designs were implemented into autowash that are flawed.
1. Initially the short code (first_name) did not work but is now working.
2. The whole thing around (booking_time) is flawed as there is no where that the booking time is located in the form for purchase or booking. The only place a booking time exist is in the booking folder in wp and is a manual function (which by the way is ok – requires contact for a time). The short code in your email setups need to be corrected.
3. The form for booking does not write to the ORDER FOLDER. Support is doing a dance around woocommerse and paypal but THE FORM DOES NOT WRITE TO THE ORDER FOLDER and support has yet to explain to me what constitutes an order and WHERE IS THE SOURCE of the data base writing the information to the ORDER FOLDER. Does this occur when the booking form is submitted?? Does the occur when the booing is confirmed? Does this occur when the paypal plug in is submitted and payment received. SUPPORT WAS SO RUDE that I was not allowed to explain the challenge and though that feeding me the line about woocommerce was sufficient = JUST WRONG INFORMATION…
4. Again I would caution BUYERS of Aivah templates to consider the very poor support system based on INDIA’S time zone difference from the USA..

I HAVE BEEN AT THIS FOR 3 weeks and still not up and running….. 100 hours of work and still not up and running = IS THIS JUST A FLAWED TEMPLATE???
