The button “send” in Booking page d ´ont run.
I click the “send” button, it does nothing, does not send anything or show any message.
Where you can be wrong?

It shows this error when we tried using console mode. It might be something with your backend permissions settings.
GET http://lavadoecopolis.com/pruebas/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php/ 403 (Forbidden)

As it’s not our theme issue but if you can provide us FTP and WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc. then we’ll help you out if we know how to fix it but not today because we’ll be off for the day within half an hr. We’ll help you out tomorrow.

You need to make sure that you have entered the Admin Email ID in the Theme Options/Autowash/Admin Email Setup. Usually this error appears when you don’t provide any email address in the theme options.

In the field admin Email setup, I must introduce a “Email id you want to get Where all the Booking requests.”
I do not know where I can find the mail Admin ID.
It is a mail anyone? for example info@lavadoecopolis.com? or a numerical value? The manager wordpress mail ?, which I enter?
Please take 3 days to know why the submit button does not work on my template.
Can you give me a solution?

Kindly please enter your mail id in Theme Options/Autowash/Admin Email Setup. Have a look at the screenshot and provide your email id. So that the form will work correctly when you submit the form.
