How do you set up Video Featured Thumbnail?

I do not see this option on my video page and create new video.

Can you please show me where I can find it?

Otherwise it only shows youtube number on my video page.

Sorry there no video featured thumbnail available. The only option available is the featured thumbnail image and but we going to update this option next release.
