I am getting repeated errors when trying to install the theme at wpengine. labora-core is one of the errors. I can give you temporary access to fix it, or can you tell me how to do it? Also, I puchased the theme twice, I couldn’t find the code for accessing support… Sad monkey…

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
<small>Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.</small>

The following plugins are installed and activated ready to use. The issue was from the server it did not have the permission to install the plugins.

I see that the logins are not working. I mean the authentication seems to be wrong credentials or so.

I have imported the data for you as I see that you didn’t read the documentation and did installation according to docs so it wasn’t showing perfectly. Anyway you don’t have to worry about it now i have done it for you.

Feel free to ask if you have questions. Regarding images you need to replace with your own images as some of the images are not included with the packages and most of them are blurred.
