We never mentioned that WP Bakery is included in the theme.

Since WP Bakery is not a part of the download, why put it on the theme page? I’ve tried Visual Composer to design, and it does not allow me to edit it correctly. What else works to edit this template?

We mentioned that it is compatible but not included. If you have doubts about adding or editing, please let me know so we can help you create the same thing using Elementor.

It is not compatible because it still does not work. I’ve tried using WP Bakery, but it has coding and not working. Yes, I would like Elementor but I need it today because I am behind on this project. I would just like a refund which I requested. I would suggest, taking down this template because there are too many people having the same problem.
