I just purchased this theme and am finding it a little more difficult to customize than hoped. The Hope Settings section is great, but the simple “Customize” area of my Appearance WordPress dashboard, will not respond once I have clicked into it. It shows the Site title, and areas to set the front page, and menu, but none of it is responsive. Can you please help me fix this problem? I obviously can’t run much of a site if I can’t even update the title and menu.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
