Hello, we have purchased your Medical theme. We were able to install it and configure it without problems. However, over night the WordPress admin goes white screen. Forontend is ok. We can correct it by connecting to FTP and renaming template folder. System will reset to default and then we can access the admin again. The situation repeats.

If you ask for access, please have in mind that our server requires us to allow your IP. So you need to give me your IP so I can make you access.

If you can provide us WP Logins and FTP details to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
