Hi After installing the UltraNet theme it corrupts the wordpress site i can find this error.

Go through the directory path ..\wp-content\themes\ultranet\functions.php and comment these lines of code in functions.php line no: 401

// Woocommerce Config File
if ( class_exists( 'woocommerce' ) ) {
	require_once( get_template_directory() . '/woocommerce/wc-config.php' );
}

I have gone through the functions.php the code you have supplied already exists between lines 399 and 402

No problem with the line no you just find the above lines of code as we mention and comment it.
