I have installed the theme and tried everything as document but I am unable to see some modules on home page like calender to book appointment and some blocks in footer.

It is causing due to Twitter Widget. I can’t install wpide plugin to edit your files. So please install wpide plugin and let me know. Otherwise provide me ftp logins of your website. So that I can take a closer look at it.
