Hello,

In Ultranet theme, when I try to update the Footer Widget, It doesn’t update nor does it get saved.

Please do let me know if username and password is required for you to check the Widgets.

This fixes will be coming in the next updates soon. But If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hello,

Please give me your Skype login name so I can add it in my Skype and contact you.

I don’t have FTP as its a common control panel including other websites, so probably client won’t allow that.

I can give you Teamviewer access for you to view the files and edit it. Please let me know your feasible timing when you would like to access.

Hello,

We got the below mentioned error from the hosting guys. Please have a look on the same.

Please provide your developer with the following error, which can be observed in the /home/tdmaster/public_html/multapplied.in/wp-content/themes/error_log file:
Fatal error: Call to a member function ultranet_get_vars() on null in /home/tdmaster/public_html/multapplied.in/wp-content/themes/ultranet/framework/admin/theme-options.php on line 81

This error appears to be contributing to an issue with rendering content; however, it does allow the website to load. Before debugging to locate this error, I backed up your database and document root to the following file in your home directory: support-backup.2017-11-24T120128+0530.tar.gz

The buyer was using custom HTML widget with inline styling which was an impact of widgets not getting saved. So, others please avoid using inline styling in the custom HTML widgets
