Hi,

My WordPress install is hosted locally so at this time I’m unable to provide login credentials. Hopefully you won’t need. Let me know if you do and I’ll upload to my server.

I’m using HostMeV2 version 2.3.3 and unable to get my WHMCS Bridge page to look the way you have it on your demo site. I’m using WHMCS 6.1.1. I’ve attached images of the 2 WHMCS pages I can get when set through Settings/WHMCS Bridge. In this settings page I have two template options, Portal and Five. Do I need to add a template to my WHMCS install or is there some other way I can use the template that you’re using in your demo?

You need to upload the template in your whmcs templates folder and then do some modifications in your bridge plugin to appear like in the demo. You can check in the documentation which comes with the template. If you fail to do that we will help you doing that in to your local pc via remote handling software TEAMVIEWER.

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I’ve uploaded the template files to WHMCS and enabled the HostMeV2 theme but it doesn’t show up within WordPress/Settings/WHMCS Bridge. The only 2 theme options are five and pipe. How do I get hostmev2 to show up? Sorry, ice read through the documentation but still no luck.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

We are looking for WHMCS integration, not just using WHMCS Bridge.

We have provided full documentation about WHMCS Plugin along with the theme on how to integrate WHMCS. So please go through that documentation and make changes accordingly. If you fail to do that, provide us ftp logins along with WHMCS admin logins.
