Hello, I can’t seem to access the visual editor for Cases or Services. In the Case/Services Editor page the VISUAL tab does not work. And there is no option to edit through WPBakery like with regular pages.

Hi, @auwalodidi
Please read the WP Bakery Documentation on how to enable the builder on Custom Post Types. you can enable post types by following,
Goto WPBakery Page Builder Settings –>Role Manager –>Post types, In post types options you need to select Custom After selecting custom you can see all the options from there you can select case and service Post types.
