It’s been nearly 2 months since Hopes theme broke with the latest version of WordPress. Your team said it would be updated soon, but have not seen any updates pushed to Themeforest? Please provide an accurate ETA on when this theme will be updated.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on updates and will notify you when it has been done. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and fixed the issues. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Also, it seems your support has been expired, for continued support please extend your support license for quick responses.

When I paid for the theme I paid for all future updates. This is not an individual support issue — every single customer that uses HOPES has the same issues. Please update the theme ASAP to be compatible with WP 5.5. It’s been months now with no update and broken sites for everyone.

Completely agree with Rachel. Now that WordPress 5.6 is out, and our sites are still running on a temporary workaround? This is not acceptable.
Please provide an ETA on when the new version compatible with 5.6 will be available.

It’s been 5 months, I doubt they are going to update it. We have given up on AivahThemes and are moving to Elementor + Series Engine, so much better functionality and design flexibility without being tied to the church content plugin, and is, obviously, compatible with 5.6.

Its in Q will be updated in this month for sure. Lot of deprecated coding is there so need to make a major update. will release ASAP

When is the update coming out??
Our site has been broken for a year now due to the theme’s incompatibility, and recently I can’t even get into the Theme Settings page.
