when the event will disappear

I have an event that set in 22-May 2:30pm-4:30pm.
But it didn’t hidden after 4:30pm, nor 23-May 00:00. It shows 00:00:00 count down in the frontend though.
On the other hand, it is gone when I checked in 23-May afternoon.
I am wondering does the event hidden according to a specific timezone?

We are sorry, we forgot to update this in the recent updates of the theme. But if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can do it for you. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

We have updated this events issue in the recent updates of the theme. Kindly update the theme to latest version.
MusicPlay- v5.1.1 – 27th June 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

Hi Pam,

Thanks for your update.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t update it to the latest version because I have done some customization to the theme for my client….
In this case, is it possible for you to specific what changes related to this issue been fixed?

Sorry for the delay in response. Kindly replace the given attached music_event.php file by following this path musicplay/framework/shortcode/music_event.php. Take backup of the existing file before replacing the new file.
