    Hi there
when I edit a demo page I just see text blocks for things like icon boxes – carousels etc etc.
Take a look at the grab

    What am I missing?

    Cheers …Mike

    Hi sorry for the confusion.

I have highlighted what I mean in the pdf grab.

Basically the content elements like iconbox / fancybox / fancyheading etc are missing from Visual Composer.

My question is what do I need to do to have them appear please.

    Cheers …Mike

Kindly do activate the autowash-core plugin then it will appear. If you have already activated the plugin then import the demo content from one click demo importer plugin so that the demo content will be imported in your theme.
If you don’t get in doing this then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Those are not VC Addons. Those are our own external shortcodes from Aivah. You can generate those shortcodes from AutoWash Shortcodes Tab. Have a look at the screenshot.

    Hi Pam
thank you for clearing this up for me.
So in order to change elements like fancybox etc – I need to regenerate the shortcode.

I’ve look through the documentation and forum – but cannot see any listing of what shortcodes are available and their options – perhaps something to consider for an addition to the docs and/or your demo for example to help us see what’s available via the shortcode generating part.

    Cheers …Mike

Yes, you have to regenerate the shortcode.

We have mentioned the list of shortcodes used in the theme forest and also we’ll consider adding the list of shortcodes and their options in the documentation as well in the future updates.
