Video player not loading video in "sermons"

the video player is not loading the video for this sermon? The box appears but video never loads, and instead puts the URL below the blank box.

It does load for some other sermons so we cannot determine why it’s not working for this one.

Kindly update your theme to latest version 3.4.0. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before you update the theme. If it don’t work after updating the theme then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
