You can download it from themeforest account, there you’ll find downloads section and click on download button of the Musicplay Theme and download the package.
But before you update the theme, take a backup of your current theme folder. If you do any changes in the files, make a note of that modified files, so that you can replace the altered code later when you update the theme. If you have made any changes in theme options also, take a backup of xml file by going to Appearance > Theme Options > Import/Export. And also take backup of style.css file, if you have done any changes. If you are using the child theme then you don’t have to worry as you can simply replace the parent theme folder without any hesitation.
Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.
