VC stretch row doesn't work

No matter what settings I try, the stretch row option is not actually making the row background full-width. I need the color to come across the entire width of the screen, while the content stays within the main width area.

The following only make the background color the width of the main content area.
VC > Edit Row > General > Row Stretch
VC > Edit Row > Design > Content Type > Full Width Background
Both of the above turned on at same time

Also, default settings for row margin are gone and padding only gives top and bottom, not left and right.

In theme the site is set to stretched (not boxed).

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

The login works just fine. If you are out of the USA your IP might be blocked. Please let me know what country you are in and I will whitelist it.

I am not available at the same times as you (and also I don’t have a Skype account). As mentioned we have an IP Geo block in place, kindly provide your IP and I can whitelist it on the site in question. The login credentials still work, I just checked them.
