I have current version of Visual Composer (VC), the plugins and the theme, as well as wordpress. Non of the short codes or VC elements that come with the theme are working at the moment. This is after Aivah installed the sample data. Is anyone else having this issue? I need to get this wrapped up.

Here is an update. I gave the theme developers access to my site so they could install the sample data. After spending an entire day entering all of my clients info, posts, sermons etc, I noticed the issue with the shortcodes. At this point the developer said they would help. This was 2 days ago. I have heard nothing since. I have however discovered that my site has more than a few additional plugins installed that I did not add, and some of the settings including the logo and the footers are now different than I had left them. I had explained this is a client site, the work had been done, and they needed to be careful.

I have heard nothing, the work I did if no longer valid as it’s been changed and I’m going to have to do it again as far as I can tell. I’m not sure as I haven’t actually heard anything back in a while now.

So… This is not good for me at all!
