Hi,
Why are you using admin-ajax.php to play media on an album page?
This cause problems in CPU usage.

Fem it really needs to not fetch the data via admin.ajax period. There has to be a better way. Also you will notice it refreshes and takes over whats currently playing. So what ever station you have pull the info first is always refreshing same info. Even if you play an album or another station. Check your demo you will find the same.

So for now we will have to use our own now playing but would like to see this fixed native in the Theme.

I noticed that wordpress admin.ajax was using a bit memory, thought it was just wordpress.
I wasn’t sure why but think this is the same issue I was having.
Is there a better way to fetch this data?

No Idea about why it is happening at your end. For me its not using memory.

As mentioned earlier it is working fine at our end.
But, If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
