HI, i just bought and install the theme “Anona Pest Control” on my site and i install it without problems but i cant import the demo content, when i click on the button, the progress circle goes and goes and then nothing.. please help i really need to finish this site, thank you very much.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Hi thank you for the help, I try this morning to work on the page but every time I try to access now im getting internal server error, this is right after you let me know demo data was imported, I cant access now at all… error is just after I input my password and try to login as admin… I contacting server company, but want to let you know the problem maybe is one of the plugins…

You have to contact your hosting provider for this problem. Anyhow provide us ftp logins, so that we can take a closer look at it and will let you know about the problem.

There’s an issue with your “formidable” plugin. So if you want to login to your site, you have to remove that plugin or rename the plugin folder to something else and do login to your site.
Have a look at the error in the screenshot provided.

ok i rename the plugin folder just for that specific plugin, my question is, is that plugin necessary for the theme? and if it is, how can i fix it? is a lil hard for me to be waiting for your response cause of time zone, but ill wait then, im at California USA, so when you start your day, is already late night here, but thank you for all your help.

That plugin is not required for this theme. Sorry for the different time zones. I just logged in to see email and seen your question so wanted to respond on it.
