Hi,

not sure if it’s normal but I can add pictures to a gallery but I can’t delete any.

A bug or just me ?

You can delete those images by going to media library.

You need to click on edit and which will open a image in the media library image post and then after deleting the image from there back to post you can remove that from your post as well. If we keep this method removing directly people will again get disappointed as this was the earlier option we had it.

Its not 1 or 2 people based on the demands we have made that deleting method and after a survey we have made that decision and added an option and according to wordpress and some other gallery plugins survey we have implemented that option.

Well, I must be special because for me if I need to delete a picture from an album I delete it from the album, not from the gallery just in case I need it for another Album. That’s my logic but am not the majority ! 😀

Album and Gallery makes me confused again. Please elaborate your question with screenshots.

You’re right, sorry

For me the Gallery is “Media -> Library” and the Album is the “Gallery” of the theme.

If I want to delete a picture from the Gallery, the picture goes out, I save and it’s still here.

You have access to my admin, so test it, you’ll see.

I understand your point now and its clear and yes it seems to be a bug. We will consider that fix soon in the coming update.
