    Hello,

While posting image using ultranet theme in the page, we get 404 error. When we inquired from the server support, they said that theme script is creating a false positive causing the mod sec web application firewall to trip and prevent you from posting. They have mod_sec security enabled on the server. Server support have given me the below error log.

Apache ModSecurity rule in question is ‘REQUEST-949-BLOCKING-EVALUATION.conf is causing a conflict with their theme.
The error refers to ‘/etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec_vendor_configs/OWASP3/rules/REQUEST-949-BLOCKING-EVALUATION.conf’ being the cause of it.

Can you please let me know what can I do in this case?

    Regards,
    Kanak

    Hello,

Thank you for your kind. Finally I am able to post the image as the problem was from the hosting server side and not in the theme.

Hosting guys solved the problem and now I am able to update the image.
