Hi, I’m trying to put a slider in but non of them load. I just get the website tagline instead, and a loading circle. Also, I want to change the background sections, the bits on the homepage as well as the middle footer – not the top footer or bottom footer.
Go through the Appearance > storeup > Styling > Footer Background here you can give middle footer properties.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it why the slider is not coming it is showing any error in the console?
Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
For some reason my hosting companies believes the theme as been corrupted (AGAIN), this’ll be the second time it has happened.
Can you look into this ASAP please, the site was meant to be live yesterday but had to postpone due to these issues.
I’ve had to deactivate the theme again, my hosting company have stated that the below errors are coming up. The only way they can get the login to work is by changing theme, they stated the below to me:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function storeup_get_vars() on null in /home/parkinga/sloanesselfstorage.co.uk/wp-content/themes/storeup/framework/admin/theme-options.php:843

I changed the active theme using WP CLI to twentynineteen and was able to log into the WordPress dashboard with the credentials provided. You and your developer will need to address and correct this theme before activating it again as it is the cause of the issues you are having with the domain.
Is there a way I can pay for premium support, to get a quicker reply at all?
