Trying to update a site to 5.0 – "Homepage Content" seems to be gone?

I was asked by a friend to take over some old projects, while I was doing some site updates I noticed he had a newer version (5.0) of Victoria so I installed it on a test server to make sure everything with his old site, and while most everything seems to be working great, the homepage content area in the theme options seems to be missing (or moved and I can’t find it) – The homepage is now showing a blogroll instead.
