Hi there,

In your theme features list is mentioned that the theme is Localization ready. However I cannot find any .po and .mo files for translation. In the theme options there are only a few items that can be translated. And somehow even these are not translated properly…

How can this theme be translated properly?

If you notice we have provided the default.pot file for the translations which will be easy for you to use and create your own po an mo files in your prefered languages. We suggestion people to use WPML for translation and what you see in the theme translations section is for only limited strings.

Hi Maqk,

I was confused about the .pot file because usually there are .po and .mo files. Anyway, I was able to convert the .pot file to a .po (and .mo) file and made the necessary changes. However some of the strings won’t get translated as required, they are still in English… (see the contact form on the contact page of the development site).

As I mentioned above, I also translated the same strings in the Localization section withing the them options, but even these are not translated properly.

Please advise.

PS: and how can the Twitter strings be translated (% dayss ago etc.)?

Its not there in the string translations but we will add that in the next update soon. If you want you can translate it manually in framework/common/class_twitter.php.

Hi Maqk,

Fine that you replied to the Twitter translation. I did what you suggested. However I haven’t received any reply on the contact form translations yet. How is iot possible that the strings are there and translated, but the correct translations are not on the website? And what to do to solve this?

You have to use WPML and add manual string translations for few minor things missed by plugins or by theme as it may take a while to get things updated. But Thanks for the headsup on the twitter translations. We will be adding that to other themes soon.

Perhaps you can take these translations into consideration when you update the theme because of the Revolution Slider?

Some translations doesnt work on localization tab. The new update didnt fixed that. The last three options of localization tab doesnt work, an there are some others also.

@dimitrisbj: We are sorry to say this, your support time has been expired. You need to repurchase the license in order to extend the support for the theme.

But if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
