Hello,

I’ve been trying everything possible with .po files but also with WPML, but the plugin strings are NEVER translated. I’ve been spending hours and hours for nothing. I see that many people have the issue.
Is there a way to solve it????

Sorry for the delay in response. We checked that and it was working fine at our end. Please provide us your credentials to take a closer look at it.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
