Where can I change the contact phone/email text in the top bar area? I can only find where you can turn it on and off. Thanks

Go through the Appearance > Widgets here you can find topbar left and topbar right here you able to change text according to your requirement. If you want to disable topbar you need to go through the theme options Appearance > Anona > Headers > Tobar Check this if you wish to disable the Top Bar.
