Title Bar Overlay Color not taking effect after changing color code

Hoping to get a resolution with this soon as it’s been 4 weeks since I’ve been up late enough to catch your forum when it’s open. I also messaged on Envato with no response.

I was chatting with theme support on Skype last month and they had access to the site and changed some settings. Ever since then I have been unable to get the website to reflect the changes to the title bar color. I changed the color to #166a8f, but it’s still showing #f68933.

the site is live and we need to get this fixed as soon as possible. I have screenshots, but there’s no way to attach screenshots here.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
You can also attach a screenshot upload option is available on the top of the text editor.

Hi charissagrandin,
I had set the subheader background overlay color according to your requirement check it now. For this, I added custom CSS again if you want to change color then change in the custom CSS.

Thank you so much! I see the change reflected in the title bars and I see where the custom CSS has been entered in the theme styling options. Thank you so much for your help fixing this!
