Hi,
One more question. My client wants to have the webpage title below the logo. In the Eventra options, you can only have the logo or the title, but not both. Is it possible to have both?

Logo and title option isn’t there but we can customize that for you by hardcoding it.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and make an alteration for it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Go to dashboard settings > General > Tagline here you will change the logo title as per your requirement.
