I keep getting an error when trying to upload the parent theme Storeup. The child theme uploads, but not the parent.

Error say: “Are you sure want to do this?” “Please try again”

It will not upload into WordPress.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I was able to fix this. I needed to first deactivate all plugins to see if that was the issue. It wasn’t. So then I actually had to physically upload the theme files to the file manager on the CPanel.
