I am in an urgent issue in which my site continues to crash from the theme. All plugins have been test and turned off. When we uninstall and re-install the theme it does the same. The “customize” feature as well as theme options do not work.

Hi taktixmedia,
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Its displaying the plugin warnings. Actually, there are some bugs with WordPress’s latest version we are working on it. So that it is compatible with WordPress 5.5 version we will notify you when it has been done.

I too cannot get any of the widgets or cusomized panel to open and show details since the WP upgrade

I am still seeing this on the back end
This page generated the following warnings:
jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
Please make sure you are using the latest version of all of your plugins, and your theme. If you are, you may want to ask the developers of the code mentioned in the warnings for an update.
