Theme stuck on "Loading Theme Options"

can’t find out what’s the problem. Purchased theme today, if I will change theme options display only shows “Loading Theme Options…” nothing happens. Deleted theme and installed new but still the same, can’t load the theme options, if i click import/export the frame loads. Tried chrome, safari and firefox, on 3 different laptops. Can you please help?

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.

I have disabled the plugin ‘MP Stacks’ which was giving you an error with theme options panel loading problem. There is a problem with the plugin.

Hi, I’m also having a problem with the theme being stuck on ‘Loading Theme Options…’

Edit: The Appearance –> Customize and Appearance –> Widgets pages also do not work. JS issue?

Hi, not sure if you’ve had a chance to look at this yet. Your post is marked as private (perhaps that was on purpose).

The Appearance –> Customize and Appearance –> Widgets are now working, but ‘Loading Theme Options’ still shows with the circular spinning ball when I go to Victoria –> Theme Options.

Please let me know what you think or if you need more information from me. Thank you!

In my case, the problem was a plugin on Chrome (AdBlock), wich blocked the theme options page.

Dunno why.

Afte disabling plugin for that page, also worked properly.
