Hello,
on my website the “Theme Options” are not loading. I need to change the logo of the website. What can I do?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I found out, that the reason for the probem is a incompatibility of the theme with jQuery. I fixed it temporarily with the plugin “jQuery Migrate Helper”.
