Theme Options Not Loading

Hello, I just installed the Labora theme manually. I uploaded the Labora folder, and then the Labora-child folder. I activated Labora-child, activated all the plug ins.

When I click on Labora Child under Appearance to upload the theme options it just stalls on the a screen that says Loading Theme Options…

And nothing has happened.

Please advise.
