Hello, the theme options won’t load. I’ve been having the problem since yesterday. In Google Chrome it won’t load at all – keeps trying, but nothing happens.

In Internet Explorer it doesn’t load at all.

In Firefox it loaded, but now it won’t load there either. Please see the screenshots of the problems I’m continuing to have. Thank you.

This is what happens in Firefox after I save the theme options. But now I can’t access theme options in Firefox either.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Not sure whats wrong. I am still looking into the backend. Will inform you once it is done. Can you try updating the new version of the theme released today?

I tried loading that at my end in a different hosting and seems to be working fine. Tested on the localhost as well and seems to be working fine. Something is wrong may be at your end with the hosting. If you come online on Skype we can help you out by enabling the debug mode on.

Fixed the issue as it was in the theme options you set the Closed Hours section with Opening and Closing Hours as the wrong setup. You need to select both the states I mean the opening and the closing. For some, you left Opening Hours text option as is so it was causing the indefinite loop and halts the system and crashes the page.
