"Theme Options" Menu Not Displaying Correctly

Hello,
I am now having a problem with the “Theme Options” menu displaying correctly. When “Theme Options” is clicked, the menu does load but all of the options have shifted far down the page for some reason. The left navigation categories are where they should be, but the actual theme option comtrols have become detached and shifted down the page. I have attached screenshots so you can see what I mean.
From what I can tell, this is the only menu that has been affected. The rest of my WordPress is functioning correctly.
Can you help me correct this? Thanks in advance.

Thank you, it is display properly now.
Can you explain what happened? Yesterday I installed the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin and set that up. I also set up a 301 redirect from the WWW address to the non-WWW address. Did either of those things screw up my function.php file? Just curious.

Hi,

We have added division clear is missing and we have added in admin_interface.php file. Nothing will happen if at all anything screw up let me know.
