Theme option does't finish save

Please help. Theme option does’t finish save.

Theme Options Panel
1.) I change the parameters
2.) Click bottom of the screen [ Save All Changes ] button
3.) Does’t end save (endless turnning circle icon)
4.) It has not been reflected in the front site

Can I have the WordPress logins and URL to your site so that i can take a closer look at your site and let you know whats the issue and make sure you set the post reply as a private so that only admin can view your logins

The option are not saving because of some files do not have permission to save the theme option setting. Please check the file permission and then let me know.
