updated wordpress to 5.5 and now we’re unable to view media gallery, upload images, customize posts/pages in wpbaker, and none of the popup menus work in the admin, please update so theme is compatible with 5.5

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

You need to install the plugin go to plugins search for Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin install and activate.

Apologies for the late response, and thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, because of the GDPR act, I cannot give you access. We did see that by installing the enable-jquery-migrate-helper it’s working fine, but we are getting the error message that the theme is deprecated.

Its displaying the plugin warnings. Actually, there are some bugs with WordPress’s latest version we are working on it. So that it is compatible with WordPress 5.5 version we will notify you when it has been done.
