I have two sites operating on the Autowash theme, both stopped loading earlier this week it seems – I get the spinning loading graphic but no website.  I have seen on other theme boards on Aivah the same issue that you have fixed by some PHP tweaks.

I attempted one I found replacing a line in iva-generator.php
“$class_names = apply_filters( ‘nav_menu_css_class’, array_filter( $classes ),10,4);”
but that did not help.

Can I please get some assistance, it is a bit tiring that there are issues where the theme breaks and I cannot go to the themeforest website and get updates that will fix the issues as the known problems don’t get updated to the public release very often and I am forced to come here and renew support.

I appreciate any help you can offer asap.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

A quick update, I updated iva-generator.php to handle the issues and downgraded my site’s PHP to 7.4 – at the moment its holding, but would like a fix that will work with PHP 8.0 as its going to be required soon.

Any progress on this one? Client wants another site set up using this theme and I cant in good faith commit to build one..  I now have 3 sites non functional due to the updates available being from march of 2022 and waiting over a month for help on this support site.  Ive bandaided the sites to at least load but much of the scripts arent working and I’m still unable to update any of the widgets and other areas of the site.

For one thing the widgets editor no longer works or loads anything editable, additionally if I update the sites WordPress or PHP the whole thing goes offline.

If I cant get a fix can you at least tell me where I can manually edit the widgets, have been waiting a long time on a fix for this, surely your themes all operate on the same basic foundation and others have broken in a similar way.

The theme is updated, kindly please update your themes. Make sure you take a backup before any updates.
