    Hi,
Very good theme but am not able to follow the documentation. I did manage to install the theme and import the demo content but somehow I am not able to duplicate the demo exactly. Please check http://www.cityduster.com/dmatest
I seem to have a problem with the slider and the image background after the parallax. Also the doctor images are not showing up only their names. Could you help me with this. Thanks.

    Hi!

I need Theme installation as in demo too.
I tried to import sample-data.xml but I had problems with Import Attachments.

    The result was:

Failed to import Media “stefano”: Remote server returned error response 403 Forbidden
Failed to import Media “bimas”: Remote server returned error response 403 Forbidden
Failed to import Media “blaze”: Remote server returned error response 403 Forbidden
Failed to import Media “mike”: Remote server returned error response 403 Forbidden
Failed to import Media “Aaron_LaCrate”: Remote server returned error response 403 Forbidden etc etc…

Thanks in advance for helping me.

@perils: Try importing from theme options(One Click Demo Content). If you don’t get then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

    Hi @perils,
If you do “One Click Demo Content”, media can’t be uploaded because you have to use your own images. We won’t provide any images along with the demo because there is a copy right content for the images.

Please help, I made the purchase of the template and apparently it installed correctly, but did not come with the structure of the demo, only the home page, which came incomplete without slider, menu, without form, or footer, almost without structure.

    1. For the slider, you have to use slider revolution to set up the slider images.
    2. For menus, go to Appearance/Menus/And check the Primary Menu in Menu Settings and click on Save Button.
Next go to Settings/Reading/Front page displays/A static page (select below)/and choose Front Page from the dropdown.
    3. For footer area, go to Appearance/Widgets/ and drag the widgets in specific Footer Columns.

If you don’t get in doing all these, then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can fix it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

@Tecnifuss: Imported demo content successfully but you have to use your own images because of copyright issues.
