Hello,
I have a brand new install of WP 4.9.4 and when I try to install the Storeup theme, I receive an ‘internal server error’. I’ve tried to copy theme manually through FTP and same issue. I’ve tried different themes and they install/active with no issues.
Please help asap…

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

If you can send me your FTP Logins then we can set debug mode on to see whats wrong. Looks like something is there to do with the Server Side settings.

Hi, I install the theme, after installing wpml, i got a blank page. After reinstalling twice wordpress and the theme ( without wpml) i keep having a blank page without error messages. Please help!!

Update the theme to the latest version 3.6. Its fixed in the recent release.
